Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use reviewmo.io ("ReviewMo", "we", "us"). ReviewMo is operated by Bharath J, India. By purchasing or using ReviewMo, you agree to these terms.

1. What ReviewMo does

ReviewMo is online software that helps a business send review requests to its own customers by email, and provides QR codes, message templates, customer lists and a dashboard. Every review request points customers to the business's own Google review page. ReviewMo does not write, post, edit, filter or remove reviews.

2. Who can use it

ReviewMo is for businesses and their authorised staff. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these terms for your business. You need your own Google Business Profile to use the service.

3. Your account

After payment we create your account and email your login details, usually within a few hours. If you have not received them within 12 hours, please check your spam folder or email support@reviewmo.io. Please change the temporary password when you first log in and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Fair use of review requests

You agree to use ReviewMo honestly and lawfully. In particular, you agree:

• to send review requests only to people who are your genuine customers and whose contact details you obtained lawfully, with any permission required by the laws that apply to you;
• to ask customers for reviews without filtering, selecting or discouraging customers based on whether you expect a positive or negative review;
• not to offer money, discounts, gifts or other rewards in exchange for reviews;
• not to post, request or create fake, misleading or paid reviews, or reviews from yourself, your staff or your family about your own business;
• to follow Google's review policies and all laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, anti-spam and privacy laws;
• not to use ReviewMo to send spam, harassing or misleading messages.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, limits and billing

• Monthly plan: US$19 per month, charged through PayPal at the start of each monthly period until you cancel.
• Lifetime plan (founding offer): a one-time payment of US$69, available to our first 100 lifetime customers only. "Lifetime" means for as long as ReviewMo is offered as a service.
• Both plans include up to 500 review requests per month, unlimited customers and one business location. Unused requests do not carry over.
• Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or PayPal may charge currency conversion fees.
• Features marked "coming soon", such as WhatsApp sending, are not included in what you buy today. We will tell customers when they become available.

6. Changes to the service

We keep improving ReviewMo and may add, change or remove features. We will not reduce the core features you paid for (email review requests, templates, QR codes, customer lists and dashboard) without reasonable notice.

7. Your data

You own your business data and your customer lists. You can export them as CSV at any time. See the Privacy Policy below for how we handle data.

8. No guaranteed results

ReviewMo helps you ask for reviews. We cannot guarantee how many reviews you will receive, what customers will write, or any change to your rating. Reviews are posted by your customers on Google and are controlled by Google, not by us.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep ReviewMo running, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using ReviewMo at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service or do not pay.

11. Not affiliated with Google

ReviewMo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

12. Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email customers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ReviewMo collects and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Your details: name, email address, business name, business details and your Google review link.
• Payment details: payments are processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation of your payment, your name and email address, but we never see or store your card details.
• Your customers' details: names, email addresses and phone numbers that you add or upload to send review requests.
• Usage information: for example, which review emails were sent, opened or clicked, and basic technical data such as browser type.

2. How we use it

• to create and run your account and send review requests on your behalf;
• to show you open and response information on your dashboard;
• to process payments, send receipts and service emails, and answer support requests;
• to improve ReviewMo and keep it secure.

We never sell your data or your customers' data, and we never use your customers' details for our own marketing.

3. Your customers' data

You decide which customers to contact and you are responsible for having their contact details lawfully. We process your customers' details only to send the review requests you ask us to send and to show you the results. Review emails may contain a small tracking image and link so you can see whether they were opened or clicked.

4. Services we use

We use trusted providers to run ReviewMo, including Google (Firebase) for hosting and data storage, an email delivery provider to send emails, systeme.io for our website, checkout and customer emails, and PayPal for payments. They process data only to provide their services to us.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. We may use advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data and your customer lists within 90 days, except where we must keep records (such as payment records) by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@reviewmo.io. Your customers can also contact us, and we will help them or pass the request to you.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure (https) connections and access controls. No online service can be 100% secure.

9. Children

ReviewMo is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If ReviewMo isn't right for you, email support@reviewmo.io within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked. This applies to both the monthly plan (your first month) and the lifetime plan. The guarantee applies once per customer.

After 30 days

• Monthly plan: you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Payments already made after the first 30 days are not refunded.
• Lifetime plan: payments are not refundable after 30 days.

How to cancel

Email support@reviewmo.io and we will cancel your subscription. You can also cancel the automatic payment directly in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days. When a refund is made, your account is closed.
