What happens next

1. Check your email, usually within a few hours

   We'll send your login details from support@reviewmo.io to the email you used at checkout, usually within a few hours. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder. In the rare case it hasn't arrived within 12 hours, email support@reviewmo.io and we'll sort it out right away.

2. Log in and set your own password

   Use the temporary password in the email, then choose a new password the first time you log in.

3. Add your Google review link and your customers

   Search for your business by name (or paste your Google review link), add customers one by one or upload a CSV, pick a message tone and send your first review requests.

Get ready while you wait (5 minutes)

• Have your business details ready. In ReviewMo you can simply search for your business by name and select it. If you prefer, you can also paste your Google review link: open your Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews", and copy the link.
• Prepare your customer list. A simple spreadsheet with columns Name and Email, saved as CSV, is all you need. Only include genuine customers who agreed to hear from you.
• Ask every customer. Send requests to all your recent customers, not just the ones you think will be happy. It keeps your reviews fair and in line with Google's rules.

Tip: Print one of the 4 QR code designs (table card, poster, counter sign or receipt footer) for your counter, so walk-in customers can review you too.
